The service
B2B Marketplace is a wholesale service for approved businesses in Lebanon. A buyer orders from a supplier the owner has approved. The marketplace records the order, shows its status, and calculates the commission owed to the marketplace. The supplier prepares the goods and collects the cash. The marketplace is not the seller of the goods and does not hold the cash paid for them.
Who may order
Only a business whose sign-in is confirmed and whose verification has been approved may purchase. One order is placed with one supplier. A person using the account does so for that business. Sharing a sign-in outside the business is not permitted.
Prices and quantities
Prices are shown in US dollars. A supplier may set a minimum quantity for a product and a minimum order for the shop. The amount due is the total confirmed at checkout, paid in cash on delivery. A price or a quantity that was not confirmed on the order is not part of that order. Product names are the names the supplier or the owner entered. They are not translated when you change the language of the account.
Commission
Commission is a percent of the item price. It is recorded on the supplier’s balance only when an order is completed, and it is owed to the marketplace, not to the buyer. Cancelling an order before it is completed does not record that commission. If a claim on a completed order is accepted, the marketplace may reverse the commission for that order.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to locations inside Lebanon. The place you mark as the default, and the pin saved with it, is the delivery point offered at checkout. You can choose another saved place before you confirm the order. You can edit or remove a saved place. Entrance photos and a voice note help the driver. They do not change the cash total.
Claims
A business may open a claim on a completed order and state what went wrong. The marketplace reviews the claim. Accepting it can reverse the commission. Refusing it leaves the supplier balance unchanged. A claim is not a refund of the cash you paid the supplier. That cash was collected by the supplier on delivery.
Accounts and suspension
The owner may decline a verification, ask for a corrected document, or suspend an account that is not used in line with these terms. A supplier may be unlisted, in which case buyers no longer see that catalog. These terms apply to orders placed while the account is approved.
